How do I start a WINGS prayer fellowship?
You can start a WINGS fellowship in your own home or a hosting church. WINGS is non-denominational. WINGS can be promoted through your local church. Ask your ministry supervisor to visit this website to familiarize themselves with WINGS mission statements, content, and purpose. Have your ministry leader contact us if they have any questions or concerns about the scope of this edifying ministry. WINGS has no borders and is designed for His Church!
How do I receive training to become a WINGS facilitator?
Contact WINGS by email at info@wingsofprayerfellowship.org, visit our Contact Us page, or complete the Application on this site. The application must be completed to access materials on the “Leaders Menu.” Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will be given a password to access materials whenever you want them!
What materials will I receive to begin leading a WINGS fellowship?
The WINGS leaders’ materials contain easy-to-follow monthly meeting formats. These formats include a short devotional to prepare the mothers’ hearts for prayer and the designated prayer stations for the prayer altar. Each session stands alone and can be reused as often as your group desires. Each session is refreshingly different and will build faith and encourage the mothers to take heart and keep believing for their families! Click Here to view a sample session.
You will also receive access to the WINGS Leader’s Handbook, Invitations to use at church, Sign-up Sheets, Prayer Journals, Prayer Petitions, Praise Reports, and much, much more! These materials are copyrighted but are free to print and use with WINGS fellowship meetings.
How often should we meet?
WINGS is designed to pray daily, fast weekly, and meet monthly. Meetings can take place more often if the group is interested. This format is designed to fit groups of people with busy schedules and can be adapted to the needs of your members. WINGS is very versatile. You can even use it with your existing small group! You can have a WINGS meeting twice a month or once a quarter! Use WINGS to fit your group’s needs. With your church’s blessing, bring it to Sunday School or Training Union, too! WINGS is designed to fit any faith-based organization for edification.
